2023 Du Grappin Beaujolais Villages Nature 2023 1.5L (Magnum) England tart chinchona barkSite: Les Raisses, granite and schist Indigenous yeast, concrete. Hand picked, chilled overnight to 12 14c, and placed as whole clusters in a concrete tank. A pied de cuve, made from grapes picked seven days earlier, was poured on top to ensure a quick start to fermentation. After ten days, the grapes were devatted and pressed before fermentation was complete, which help to give the wine a light on its feet character and a preserve the bright fruit
