'Chaotic Chardonnay' Seltzer Non-Alcoholic Sparkling White WineWhite Wine The Chaotic Chardonnay grapes are destemmed, pressed, and cold settled for 24 hours. Once cold settling is complete, the Chardonnay is racked and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. Temperature slowly increases towards the end of fermentation to bring out as much flavour and aromas as possible. After fermenting has finished, the wine is racked off lees and aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling. This is 100% unoaked chardonnay,
