2023 Bow & Arrow Cabernet Franc Willamette Valley, Oregon Campari candied cinnamonSourced entirely from the Biodynamic Johan Vineyard this debut varietal bottle of Cab Franc was made according to the detailed notes I took at my favorite Chinon cellars a decade ago. Aged 14 months in old puncheon and seven months in barrel. Only 45 cases produced.
