Francisco Barona Finca las Duenas Reserva, Ribera del Duero, Spain 2019 Pietracupa Tart and lushRich violet with purple reflections. On the nose, fruity aromas of black cherries, currants and pomegranate, as well as a subtle note of fine precious wood. Creamy cocoa powder and roasted mocha beans join in. On the palate, it reveals a lot of charm and finesse, accompanied by a silky soft texture. A subtle play of acidity and grippy but subtle tannins envelop the juicy black and red fruit until the elegant, high class finish.
