in my opinion the damp spots not too intrusive and the poster could be easily be framed to hide the outer edges where most of the spots are

a few small white surface creases near the bottom edge (right)

A couple of extremely tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the left of the top edge

extremely mild other fold wear (creasing around the fold lines and intersections… Note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds)
