When closed this is a vesy useful side or serving table & when activated opens to reveal a three tier dumb waiter. The rectangular shaped top when lifted becomes the top tier as the interior pedestal extends upwards and the 3rd tier lowers automatically by a concealed mechanism. When locked in position all the tiers are
