Precise and linear with some richness that comes from 7 years of lees aging and blending multiple vintages of wine with the oldest being over 20 years old

Base is made up of mostly corn

We also added eight different botanicals all sourced from northern Arizona. Needless to say, this isnt your typical Gin.
