His first vintage 10,000 bottles of 100% Chardonnay showed a level of sophistication and skill that Faure has continued to hone. Simon focuses on working in harmony with nature to produce wines that are pure expressions of the land from which they spring. Grapes are hand harvested in small 10 kilogram crates
