The base wine is fermented in neutral oak with native yeasts, aged on lees for approximately 18 months, and disgorged with zero dosage. Its a blend of roughly 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Meunier sourced from old vine, south facing plots. The palate is precise and energetic, framed by citrus, chalky
