Georges Laval Cumieres Premier Cru Brut Nature, Champagne, France (2022) Sud-Ouest Fermentation was spontaneous with anGeorges Laval, an early organic pioneer in the Cte des Blancs, crafts this terroir first Champagne from Premier Cru vineyards in Cumires. The base wine is fermented in neutral oak with native yeasts, aged on lees for approximately 18 months, and disgorged with zero dosage. Its a blend of roughly 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Meunier sourced from old vine, south facing plots. The palate is precise and energetic, framed by citrus, chalky
