2022 Mito Americano 'Triple A', Finger Lakes, New York La Grange de l'Oncle Charles Dijon clone planted in 2000A gently sparkling co ferment from equal parts hybrid grapes + apples. The grapes saw two weeks of skin contact and were blended with freshly pressed juice from Empire and Gala apples. Bottled in a col fondo style using biodynamic honey from Hermann J. Weimer winery, the whole kit and kaboodle is 100% Finger Lakes through and through. Minimal sulfur added at press.
