Brix San Diego County Skin-Contact White Blend Island of Souls 2021 Reasonable Cellar 2024 with notes of raspberriesFrom the producer: A textured, tasty testament to San Diego, Island of Souls is composed of 40% Grenache Blanc; 40% Picpoul; and 20% Vermentino, from two different vineyards in northeastern San Diego County. The sunshine soaked fruit was destemmed and co fermented for 18 days on the skins. A perfect companion for all things summer.
