Domaine Genot-Boulanger Pommard 1er Cru Clos Blanc 2016 spirits-template Here's a rare thing: aGnot Boulanger is one of Burgundy's elusive, under the radar producers, with Aude and Guillaume Lavolle farming organically (with biodynamic influence) and working every parcel by horse drawn plough. New oak is capped at 15%. Their 1er Cru Clos Blanc sits on the northern edge of Pommard near the Beaune border, where pale limestone and clay produce a finer, more elegant style than Pommard's usual broad shoulders.
