2024 Pierre-Olivier Garcia Bourgogne Aligote Les Champs Tions, Burgundy, France Moutard 10% Pinot NoirFrom a vineyard averaging 90 years old, this is "golden" as POG calls it Aligot with serious pedigree. "Les Champs Tions sits just outside the village of Fixin, planted on white clay and fissured limestone with a northeast exposure a site Garcia treats with the same care as his top reds. Vinified and aged in neutral oak.
