The "Vieilles Vignes" cuve from Domaine Grard & Pierre Morin comes from roughly 40 year old vines in Bu, on the fractured chalky pebbly caillottes with some clay rich terres blanches. Tank fermented, aged on lees and bottled without filtration, it's concentrated and profound organic farmed by Pierre Morin, who trained at Burgundy's Domaine Dujac. Old vine village
