Vintage 1870s Copper Hearth Oval Side Handled Skillet Creels and other vegetables from platterThis 19th Century French large oval forged copper skillet was placed on grate that sat over coals in a large hearth. The sides have been crafted with a spout so that rendered fat could be easily poured from the pan.
