Description
Inside these sculptures are small ceramic beads: the dark piece has one while the light piece has three making it the most lively of the collection
The Matchstick Holder consists of two ceramic pieces—top and bottom—which are slipcast
then the production order is woven in home workshops by various weavers throughout the town
The surface pattern comes from two Heath glazes—KPFA and Gunmetal—layered over one another before reacting to the firing temperature in the kiln
and his hand-built house
