Our first wine from the island of Cyprus, this is juicy, friendly and smooth. A 50 50 blend of Mourvedre and Cabernet Franc, bottled with some residual sugar, giving it is lush quality. The Kolios family organically farms the vineyards which have been tended to for the previous 4 generations. They are high elevation, receiving plenty of sunshine with dry, cool summers. Their
