Pirulabrille, Military Glasses Case Filled with Drawing Charcoal tree pattern As noted in an earlierI love the look of this old tin, which I believe is Hungarian, with the word literally translating to "pill glasses." (?) I did turn up one other tin like this, with a listing that says it held military glasses, which would be in keeping with the utiltarian look of it. I was happy to open it to find a bunch of old drawing charcoal inside and somehow that blackest black inside the olive green tin with black sans serif font feels just right and resonant
