with what looks like inked calligraphy on the interior facing side

Excellent c. 1940s Pink Eared Bunny Folk Art Napkin Holder piggy bank with lock and key The more time I've spentA very sweet and gentle feeling bunny, and I really love the way its two tall ears evince a single, flame like (all hearing) appendage. Some nice alligatoring to the paint too, and I love the view from the back side as much as the front, making it look as though this white rabbit were hopping over a hill. (It's a bit hard to tell from photos but that is dark green paint.) A good one for holding outgoing mail soon to be carried away! 5 1 2" t x 3 3 4"
