In Meursault, they are "Les Lameroses", "Les Pacriots", "Les Belles Ctes", "Les Herbeaux" and "Au Jardin." In Chassagn Montrachet, it is "Les Grandes Corves." Clay limestone. Manual harvest, no added yeasts or enzymes, very rarely any btonnage, no racking, cold and very slow fermentations (late occurring malolactic conversion) 18
