Tracy, Pouilly Fume Brut Zero (from 11 different parcels totalingThe 2023 Pouilly Fum is green in flavor, with peas and green herbs. It is slightly onion like and reductive when tasted, although a little longer in the bottle will probably put paid to that. It is full and round, filling the mouth with a sense of tenderness and ease. The finish is gently refreshing with modest length.
