A larger than life, rugby playing winemaker, Manou draws out clear definition in his wines. There is noticeable clarity between the brothers many terroirs in Fixin and Gevrey Chambertin, impressive precision indeed. These are wines that display glorious elegance and finesse, wines that are fruit driven without the merest
