Description
mouth coating and moderately austere and linear finish
Strong reduction completely dominates the underlying fruit though there is terrific verve and punch to the intensely mineral-driven big-bodied and overtly powerful flavors that possess gorgeous complexity on the textured
this is one very serious wine where plenty of patience will again be required
full-bodied palate has a firm
dark plums
Jean-Marc Blain-Gagnard, Chassagne Montrachet other_regions_italy mouth coating and moderately austere(from a mix of ~30% young vine 1ers and villages fruit). An expressive nose of petrol, rosemary oil and apple leads to rich, round and caressing flavors that are not particularly dense though I like both the depth and length on the clean, dry and balanced finale. This could be enjoyed young or with 5 ish years of keeping.
