I think shes Mexican and I love everything about her, from her great red hat with white and blue stripes, to her red lips, to the sun or star like pattern surrounding the hole of the whistle, to her proud profile, which makes me think of a carved figurehead on the prow of a ship. Plus, she whistles! The whistle is in great shaped structurally but its surface shows some age and wear, with some loss
