Description
The unusually refined middle weight flavors possess a lovely sense of energy while exhibiting fine focus on the gorgeously textured and sneaky long finale
This compact and tightly wound effort will need at least a few years of forbearance
it has a firm yet plush frame and an epically long
dried orange peel and a wide array of floral elements
This needs to develop more depth but it should have no trouble accomplishing that if it is allowed at least 5 to 7 years of bottle age
Breaky Bottom, Gerard Hoffnug Brut Vintage other_regions The unusually refined middle weightPeter and Christina Hall have farmed their beautifully isolated little Sussex plot for half a century, and Halls wines are as characterful as the man himself. He is perhaps the countrys finest exponent of sparkling Seyval, though my top mark in a recent tasting went to this Chardonnay and Pinot blend for its savoury mushroom aromas and fresh but bready palate.
