Pile of Fruit and Pitcher, c. 1930s-40s Folk Art Oil on Board Still Life metal hand 18 1/2” tall x 12A humble still life painting, and I would not claim a great one, but I love it in its honestness and unfussiness, and how the grape topped pile of fruit at center looks like a small mountain, or even an ice cream sundae! Nice mustard yellow for the foreground table, too, lending warmth and also enough punch to make the painting hold up very nicely among a group of still lives. Nice for a cozy spot, too. 13 1 2" x 10 1 2" framed, as found. Painting 11
