Folk Art Pyrographed Flying Pheasant on Fungus Conk cowboy but none of the sides

but none of the sides look more recently cut than any of the others

At left appears to be a large farm house

The glazing is great too--a purplish-gray that is subtle but cheerful

but there are 10 yellow and 10 brown and 10 speckled

so of course I scooped it up immediately

As with that one, I love how this flying game bird, a pheasant I would guess, looks rather as if it emerged from the fungus conk itself, always there, and as roughly rendered as the craggy back side of the conk.
