There is excellent punch

A pungent nose of earth and wood leads to supple

The other parcels all merited 97-100 points

This has plenty of extract and should have no problem evolving well because the tannins are both round and reasonably ripe

Domaine Ponsot, Corton Bourdon Vintage:2013 (91-93)/2017+(a bourdon is a bumblebee). A markedly earthy nose features notes of very ripe dark currant, game and leather hints. Here too there is a lovely sense of energy and punch to the muscular but not really rustic broad shouldered flavors that also possess very good if not sensational mid palate concentration before culminating in a balanced and palate coating finish.
