This charming papier-mâché sculpture of Asian girl and lion-dog I believe is mid-century Japanese
The fork measures 25 1/2 inches long
glossy surface and turns black on exposure to air
At first I took this small vase with its terrific patterning as an Art Deco piece
It makes me think of an illustration in a French or Spanish text book used for teaching vocabulary
