which sounds extreme but bear in mind this is the cooler section of the plateau back towards the border with Castillon and these soils take longer to fully ripen their grapes

In 2015, the Fenix packs a serious punch. I would give it a few years to soft, despite the considerable allure it holds today. Antonio Galloni
