Streaks of lemon and more minerals run throughout a lean but bright weight. Stainless Steel fermentation and maturation. No malolactic fermentation, spends 8 months on lees. Winemaking has been done using these high elevation, steep vineyards since at least 1757 in Sdsteiermark, Austria. Brothers Bernhard and Stefan Schauer took over their family's winery and continue this tradition.
