Made in the USA. by T. Cohn in the 1940s, and a relatively rare one to find. Works great hold the handle, spin it around and it produces a satisfying ratcheting sound. Great graphics, great fun, and I like the aging on this onea little rusty, but not too much. 4 1 16" in diameter x 2 3 8" deep at
