Two women and a small girl wearing the latest indoor fashions leash Heygate was Alderman for ColemanTwo women and a small girl wearing the latest indoor fashions, c1860. In order to achieve this full skirt look, the women would be wearing layers of petticoats and hoop cages, otherwise known as crinolines. Frills and ruffles were also added to the outside of the skirt to make it look even bigger.
