This is one of two marvelously naive mid 20th century ex voto retablos I purchased from a seller in California

No way could I look into her bright eyes and leave this girl behind

as there is some darkening/gold loss to the beads around the clasp hole

between the patterns of the floor time and wallpaper and what looks to be a bedspread in the background
