The Pelican is the state bird of Billy's native Louisiana and represents Billy's three children when seen in a group of three. This cap is made from an ultra soft, smooth cotton corduroy and embroidered with our Pelican Scatter patch. Finished with an adjustable closure at the back and our signature heirloom ribbon
