Borell-Diehl 'BD' Pfaltz Pinot Noir Trocken 2022 CYCLADES Like many Japanese distilleriesExquisitely fruity, silken textured, dry Sptburgunder from the sunny Pfalz. Hand harvested from estate owned sites composed of sandstone, muschelkalk and loess; tank fermented and aged in large, neutral (3+yrs old) French oak barrels. The timbered home that houses this family owned estate in Hainfeld was built in 1619, but the estate in its current form is far more recent than that. In 1990 Annette Borell and Thomas Diehl married and created Borell
