Of high quality manufacture, likely of French origin, in toned silver with four green enameled arms, interlaced by gilt laurels, obverse centre in Gold depicting the Lady of Guadalupe, reverse in white enamels on Gold, with distinctive spread eagle suspension in silver gilt with single integral ring for commander's neck cord, cord in gilt bullion wire denoting a General's rank issue,
