Constructed of silvered tombak with enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a raised date of 1939 executed in blue enamels, in turn topped by a raised plow and sword, all surrounding a detailed NSDAP style German national eagle perched on top of a wreathed swastika, the latter similarly finished in blue enamels, the reverse bearing an engraved award number of NR. 85
