Naming is officially impressed. Contact marks, residue evident in the recessed areas from cleaning, replacement ribbon, very fine. Footnote: Corporal Charles B. Shaw (43575) served with the Royal Field Artillery during the First World War. He entered the French theatre on December 29, 1914 and was later promoted to Acting Sergeant. For his First World War service, he was awarded the 1914 15 Star, the British War Medal
