Constructed of zink, the obverse bearing a raised female figure and child, flanked by a grapevine, topped by a NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, circumscribed by a raised inscription of REICHSPARTEITAG 1939, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of N. S. KAMPFSPIELE 1939 ZWEITER PLATZ (N. S. COMBAT GAMES 1939 SECOND PLACE), unmarked, measuring 95 mm in diameter, in
