Germany, Wehrmacht. A Panzer Assault Badge, Special Grade For 25 Engagements, By Josef Feix Söhne United Republic of reverse inscribed "DEM BESTEN SCHÜTZEN(Panzerkampfabzeichen mit Einsatzzahl 25). Constructed of silvered and patinated zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a plaque bearing a raised number 25, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, set around a central Panzer IV rolling over logs, with its left tread tending beyond the edge of the wreath, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and banjo style pinback
