Glenmorangie Allta (750mL) Dewar's - DistillerySpecially crafted by Dr. Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie Allta is the first Single Malt Scotch Whisky fermented using a bespoke strain of yeast: Wild Yeast harvested from the Glenmorangie's very own Cadboll barley, which grows in the fields surrounding the distillery. The result: a rounded and crisp single malt whisky defying Scotch convention, proving that yeast can influence taste to astonishing effect. Allta is bottled Non Chill Filtered at 51. 2% ABV
