On top there is a bezel set, round, clear cz gem and on the bottom is a fixed, round, prong set, clear cz gem with three marquise clear cz gems attached. Attached to those gems is a dangling, clear cz gem. Size 14G with a 3 8" (10mm) barbell length. The titanium is milled in Japan. Top gem is 4mm. Bottom design including dangle measures 18mm x 8mm. Sold individually.
