Split Head Hammer Gar-Dur Face Robert Sorby This special little folding sawThis is a tool for the ages. Constructed here in Maine by Garland Tool Manufacturer of Saco, the faces of this mallet are made of Garland's own Gar Dur ultra high molecular weight plastic. This nonporous material won't mar and is easy to clean. The large nut at the base of the head actually unscrews and the head splits allowing you to swap out the faces. Six face types are available: rawhide, copper, urethane, nylon, Gar Dur plastic and BASA. And
