Strand of Antique 300 Year Old Clear Dogon Beads watermelon 23-15mm long x 15-18mm diameter26" strand of graduated, clear beads Dutch made and traded in Mali, West Africa in the late 1700's, collected by the Dogon Tribe. Beads range from 8mm diameter x 5mm tall, to 17mm diameter x 14mm. Over 300 years old, these beads show some signs of wear which include: internal and external cracks, chips, calcification, and some pitting. A few cobalt blues in one strand pictured.
