Our Old School Chardonnay is from specific blocks from our Langton & Hayview vineyards in Mt Barker. The fruit was picked a little after that for our Styx Gully to produce a slightly fuller style of Chardonnay. Predominately barrel fermented (~40% new) it all went through malolactic fermentation to produce a softer, complex, and textured wine. Bright and clear with a light golden straw
