but these are primarily soft light-purple glass beads that are hand-faceted but have worn smooth over the centuries

Large Smooth-Cut Tourmaline Necklace Needle Case Dutch made in the 1700s19" tourmaline necklace, wire wrapped with oxidized sterling silver rosary style links with oxidized sterling chain and s hook. Graduated size and shapes, mixed 100% natural tourmaline colors, "A" quality gems. Center bead is 14mm diameter x 22mm long. Smaller green tourmaline sprinkled every other bead are 10mm diameter x 7mm thick. Dark pink at center flow into dark amber, and rich, all hand cut stones from India. Designed and handmade by Ruth.
