Rusty Luttrell Signed Art Glass Paperweight blue bowl and there is one scratchSuch a lovely paperweight, and even better to hold in the palm of your hand; I swear its cool, smooth surface has a wonderful calming, and perhaps even curative, effect! I am not a connoisseur of art glass, but with its gorgeous matte celadon green body and elegant swirls of deep blue and darker green, I think this is just about a perfect object. It is was made by Randolph "Rusty" Lutrell (1947 2011), signed on the the bottom "Lutrell Studio." Lutrell
