I have not found a signature on it, but think it is quite a special little piece. I believe this is fused glass, but the black, with its graphic black cut out appearance, gives it the look of leaded glass. I find the interplay between the solid matte black and the translucent blue, and between the folded form of the glass and its details just striking, and love
