Such a charming carving

The brass cap at the end of the handle is a bit loose

There's not a chip or crack on it that I can see

Little Celluloid Egg-Shaped Box flower pin 2 5/8" tall x 3"Just a lovely little egg box, I believe made of celluloid, threaded on the inside perfect for holding a few pills or some precious little thing inside. The color is a nice warm caramel and the box is in great shape; it screws closed easily and stays tight. 1 1 8" long x 7 8" across. I have not found a match of this, but would guess it dates from the the 1930s or 40s.
